Please note, before we could accept any returns, you must contact us with your order details.
Our returns policy is simple, if you have received a product which is faulty or damaged, you can return them within 30 days.
All other returns are at our discretion.
If we are unable at the time of return to replace or exchange returned goods, we undertake to reimburse your credit card for the amount initially debited for the purchase including packaging and postage charges.
Refunds are only processed once the returned items have been received. Refund process will usually take 2-3 business days.
